Vom Parkplatz geht es über den Goethe-Weg zum Brocken auf 1142 Meter Höhe. Die Strecke führt zum Teil parallel an der HSB (Harzer-Schmalspur-Bahn) entlang.
Dann geht es ein Stück über den Heinrich-Heine-Weg zurück.
Nach einem kleinen Abstecher auf die Scharfsteinklippen geht es zurück durch das Eckertal zum Parkplatz in Torfhaus.
