Kurzbeschreibung: Camping Mulino - Calviso - Richtung Verzi abbiegen- Val Ponci- Osteria Arma- C. Ferrin (Gaststätte mit gutem Kuchen und Cappu) - Bric dei Crovi (feine Abfahrt mit Anliegern)- XX-Trail nach Varigiotti (zwei Bauzäune im Ort sperren plötzlich den Weg -> Bike in die Hand und umklettern) oder vorher schon bei Weggabelung auf Höhe 125 rechts halten und zur Strada Isasco abbiegen (Varigiotti wird somit ausgelassen) - Auffahrt über Strada Isasco wieder zum Altopiano delle Manie - Einkehr in die Osteria Brica - Abfahrt über Trail nach Finale Ligure
