Eine tolle Runde von Bamenohl erst über den Lenneradweg bis Rönkhausen. Von dort geht es oberhalb des Glingetals rauf zur Wilden Wiese. Weiter unterhalb des Skihangs und dann durch die Wälder der Homert zur Endorfer Hütte. Dort kann man gut einkehren. Anschließend wieder aufwärts durch ein schönes Bachtal nach Röhrenspring. Über Faulebutter ins Frettertal und durchs Lamecketal und über Reizebeil nach Elspe.Über den Lenneradweg zurück nach Bamenohl.
