Start in Filzmoos vom Hotel Bischofsmütze. Entlang des Naturlehrpfades parallel zur Mautstraße bis zur Oberhofalm, hinter der Oberhofalm über einen Bergrücken zur Sulzalm (Krahlehenhütte,Wallehenhütte) weiter über den Sulzenhals (1820m) zur Bachlalm . Vom Gasthof Bachlalm mit dem roten Wanderbus zurück nach Filzmoos.
