Ich bin an der Azienda Gallo losgefahren. Von dort an der Strasse runter nach Cortemila und ebenfalls an der Strasse hoch nach Bergolo. Die Steigung ist dort immer recht gemächlich, so daß die Tour keine grossen konditionellen Anforderungen stellt und man die Aussicht auf das Bormida Tal geniessen kann.
In Bergolo geht es neben der Kirche bergab und bald in einer Serpentine auf einen Schotterweg. Dieser Teil ist einfach zu fahren. Der schwierigere Teil beginnt an einem Bauerhof wo ein Pfad rechts abzweigt. Ab da bis nach Cortemilia ist der technische Teil, der die eine oder andere Herausforderung bietet.
