Nach Fraundorf den Berg hochfahren, nach Krögelhof befindet sich rechts ein Wanderparkplatz.
Von dort aus ca. 150m die Straße rechts leicht bergan laufen und dann wiederum schräg rechts in den Wald hinein zum Kloster, das auch besichtigt werden kann.
Von dort aus gibt es verschiedene Wege, die nach Unterküps führen.
In Unterküps direkt in den Wald und dann teils steil bergan bis zur Küpser Linde, wo eine wunderschöne Aussicht wartet.
Von dort aus sind es nur noch ca. 2km bis zum Wanderparkplatz.

Bei Bad Staffelstein fährt man Richtung Wattendorf und biegt rechts ab nach Fraundorf.
