Einfache Feierabendtour vom Campingplatz Mare Monti nach Moneglia und zurück.
Die Hinfahrt verläuft bergauf über die Via Aurelia. Hierbei sind sehr angenehme Steigungen von 3-10 Prozent zu überwinden. Der Weg bergab nach Moneglia führt teilweise über leicht ausgewaschene Feldwege. Meines Erachtens nach dürfte die Fahrt auch mit einem Trekkingbike möglich sein.
Die Rückfahrt ist ausschließlich auf Asphalt mit Steigungsspitzen bis 14 Prozent.
Sowohl Hin- als auch Rückfahrt sind landschaftlich durchaus reizvoll.
Die Tour kann auch in Riva Trigoso (Ortsteil von Sestri Levante) gestartet werden. Dies enspricht einem Plus von ca. 100 hm.
