Ausgehend vom Parkplatz beim Gasthaus in Grün unterhalb der Sommerrodelbahn gehts die ersten Höhenmeter hinauf auf den Pröller (1050m).
Von dort über Forststraßen und Wanderwege gehts weiter zum Knogel (1056m), von wo es eine herrliche Aussicht gibt. Weiter führt der Weg auf den Hirschenstein (1095m) und von dort auf den Predigtstuhl (1050m).
Schließlich kann man sich noch am Fuße des Pröllers in einem der Gasthäuser stärken, bevor der Weg wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt führt
