Start in der Falkenstraße, direkt in den Wald und an den Schwänenteichen vorbei bis zum Siepen und weiter Ri. Bochen bzw. Heesfelder Mühle, über Steinbach Ri. Schalksmühle und weiter über Dahlerbrück hoch zur Glör, nach einer Frikadelle am Bikerkiosk, die Glör tlw. umrunden, dann Ri. Knochenmühle und hoch nach Buchholz, weiter Ri. Schöneberge, nach links in den Wald und weiter auf die L 528 und zurück nach Halver.
