Sehr schöne Tour mit tollen Ausblicken auf das Remstal. Meist über ruhige, gut asphaltierte Nebenstraßen, einzig die Kaiserstraße ist stark befahren, hier gibt es einen parallel verlaufenden Radweg. Der Anstieg von Kernen auf die Esslinger Höhe ist Konditionstechnisch eine kleine Herausforderung.
