Von Mariensee Aufstieg durch den Wald bis zur Marienseer Schwaig und ab dort offen über die Weiden zum Hochwechsel (Wetterkogler Haus).
Jetzt folgt die Höhenwanderung zum Arabichl, und weiter zur Kampsteiner Schwaig - schöne Sicht, sanfter Weg.
Die ersten Meter des Abstiegs nach Mariensee (bei der Schwaig) sind eher zu erraten, danach aber ist der Weg wiederum gut markiert.
