Start in Fellbach am Parkplatz oberhalb der Kelter.
Anstieg über "Stäffelesweg" entlang eines Weinbergs. Weiter entlang eines Südhangs mit herrlichen Blicken Richtung Rotenberg bis zum Gasthaus SiebenLinden.
Hier knickt der Weg ab in nördlicher Richtung zum Kernenturm. Der Aufstieg auf den Turm ist Pflicht und man wird mit einer herrlichen Rundsicht belohnt.
