Vom Parkplatz des Aussichtspunktes oberhalb von Pollara zum alten, verlassenen Leuchtturm des Militärs immer den Hang hinauf. Dem Weg folgen - stets an der Flanke - des Berges in Richtung Westen bis zum pizzo corvo. Danach Abstieg in Richtung eines kleinen Hauses und auf unterem Höhenniveau wieder der Flanke des Berges entlang, etwas später auf einem fantastisch, aber sinnlos, ausgebauten Küstenweg bis Leni. Von dort Abstieg zum Hafen Rinella.
Wunderschöne Berg- und Küstenwanderung!
Der Track beginnt im Hafen. Die eigentliche Wanderung aber erst bei Pollara. Die 18 km Gesamtstrecke sind somit mit Taxi-Anfahrt. Die Wanderung ist 7,8 km lang und hat 439 m im Anstieg und 699 m im Abstieg.
