Drei Flüsse Tour
Die Tour startet in Bonn rheinaufwärts bis zur Ahrmündung. Dann geht es durch das Ahrtal bis zur Ahrquelle. Von dort aus weiter zur Erftquelle die komplette Erft hinunter bis zum Rhein.
(Wobei man sich die Erft ab Weilerswist getrost sparen kann)
Von der Erftmündung geht es wieder rheinaufwärts bis Bonn.
