Abmarsch vom Parkplatz Bretterschachten in Richtung "Mittagsplatzl. - Wanderweg Nr. 1
Am Mittagsplatzl wunderschöner Blink hinunter zum Großen Arbersee, danach Weitermarsch zum Gipfel des Großen Arber.
Rückweg in Richtung Kleiner Arber - Chamer Hütte. Nach etwa 1 km Abzweigung in die Loipe Richtung Bretterschachten - Fernwanderweg Bretterschachten - Auerhahnstraße zum Parkplatz.
