Start in der Falkenstraße, in die Sternberger Straße, durch die Innenstadt bis zum Kulturbahnhof, weiter auf Radweg Ri. Anschlag, weiter bis "Alte Schule" und re. hinunter nach Stenkenberg, weiter nach li. bis Büchermühle und B 229, bis Löhrmühle, nach li. und wieder re. bis Beiserohl, weiter Ri. Löhbach und dort li. hoch zur L 528, nach re. bis Heider Teich und über Haus Heide wieder zurück in die Falkenstraße.
Wieder bei Minustemperaturen, aber viel Sonnenschein über hartgefrorene Wege mit zum Schluss kalten Füßen.
