Die Tour startet im Zentrum Buxtehude (nähe des Bahnhofs) auf dem Parkplatz von Aldi und endet auch wieder beim Bahnhof. Die Route führt von Buxthude über Moisburg an die Seen in Appelbeck und über weitere Dörfer zur Rosengartenstraße wo man dann ca. 5km lang bergauf hoch in die Harburger Berge fährt. Nach einer extra Runde unter anderem über Langenrehm geht es nach einigen Auf- und Abs den Ehestorfer Heuweg runter und nach einen Abstecher durchs Wohngebiet in Neuwiedenthal durchs Alte Land zurück nach Buxtehude.
