Der Lauf führt zuerst nach Osten, über die Fußgänngerbrücke Galgentobel zur Laurentiuskirche, über die Schlosstreppe zur Herrengasse, Siedlung "Beim Kreuz", zum Kloster St. Peter, Klarenbrunnstraße Richtung Zementwerk, Oberer Illrain, Geländepunkt beim Bahnübergang, Unterer Illrain, Mokry, Radweg Fa. Wagner, Fa. Haueis, Sonnenbergstraße, Hinteroferst, Oferstweg, ungefähr 12 km.
