Du startest in Oberhausen Osterfeld und fährst durch denn Revierpark-Vonderort in Richtung Grafenmühle um dann Richtung Dorsten abzudrehen in Dortsten folgst Du kurz den Kanal und fährst dann weiter durch Wald über Singletrails zum Chemiepark. Zurück geht es ein bischen schneller da es da ab Dorsten bis Bottrop über Straße geht der letzte rest sind dann wieder Waldwege
