Sehr leichte angenehme Radtour überwiegend auf dem Erft-Radweg entlang der Erft von Sindorf über Bergheim, Zievericher Mühle, Schloss Paffendorf, Bedburg nach Alt-Kaster, einem historischen Städtchen mit Stadtmauer und -toren und vielen denkmalgeschützten Häusern und Höfen aus dem 17. Jh.
Einkehrmöglichkeiten auf der Strecke: z.B.
Zievericher Mühle, Schloss Paffendorf, Danielshof Alt-Kaster
