Start ist am Goldkronacher Marktplatz, es geht die Sickenreuther Strasse hoch in den Stadtwald über die Lichteburg zum Dreihirtenstein. Über den Nemmerdorfer Weg zur Warmensteinacher Sprungschanze, weiter zum S-Weg (Trail) Fürstenstein und Häfnersberg (Trail).
