Beginn in Iserlohn/Bahnhof, zunächst ansteigend bis Flugplatz Hegenscheid, zumeist Feldwege. Am Flugplatz Hegenscheid auch Einkehrmöglichkeit. Weiter nach Altena über den Drahthandelsweg, teils Feldweg, teils Singletrail. In Altena Besuch der Burg (auch Jugendherberge) möglich. Weiter über kurze Passage Straße, dann wieder langer Anstieg Richtung Iserlohn, Oben angekommen , wenig befahrene Straße mit rasanter Abfahrt. Im Grüner Tal nochmals Einkehr in der Gaststätte Dannhöfer möglich. Danach letzter Anstieg und nochmals schöne Abschlußfahrt Richtung Iserlohn/Bahnhof.
