Gar nicht so einfach hier 10km zusammenzubekommen, zumindest wenn man aufgrund der etlichen Berge nicht die Pulswerte in die Höhe schnellen lassen möchte. Mit ein paar Schleifen an der Promenade lassen sich 10 relativ flache Kilometer erreichen. Es macht auf jeden Fall Spaß, auch wenn die Beine hier früher schwerer werden als am flachen Niederrhein.
