Diese Etappe ist ideal zum Einrollen in einer traumhaften Gegend. Das Voralpenland zwischen Füssen und Bad Tölz bietet viele Seen und schöne Ausblicke in die Umgebung. Mit Auerberg und dem Kesselberg sind auch nur zwei längere Anstiege von mehr als 200 Höhenmeter zu bezwingen. Ansonsten führt die Route in sanften Wellen von See zu See. Forggen-, Staffel-, Kochel- und Walchensee sind eine ideale Kulisse für eine Radtour. Dazwischen blickt man auf den bekannten Hohen Peißenberg oder durchfährt die Jachenau, ein schönes Tal, das vom Walchensee bis Lenggriess schöne Landschaft und kaum Verkehr bietet.
