Die Strecke führt von Wendelstein Röthenbach b. St. Wolfgang - Brückkanal – Schwarzachklamm – Ochenbruch – Fröschauer Weiher – Thanngraben – Moosbach – Feucht zurück nach Röthenbach
Die Tour geht größtenteils über Wald- und Forstwege. Es gibt 2 anspruchsvolle Stücke, einmal kurz hinter Nerreth und dann der Thanngraben, schmal und viele Wurzeln.
