Meine derzeitige Lieblings Oneway Lauftour in Düsseldorf.
Start ist dierekt am HBF in Düseldorf. Durch den Volksgarten, vorbei am Botanischen Gaten der Universität ab an den Rhein. Am Rhein eine Zeit lang direkt am Ufer später leicht sandig, aber dann über gute Wirtschaftswege, vorbei an einem Modellflugplatz, kurz durchs Industriegebiet zum Benrather Schlosspark. Durch diesen durch, am Schloss vorbei zu Strassen / U Bahn Haltestelle Benrath. Von da aus bequem und direkt zurück mit der U Bahn zum Hauptzbahnhof oder zur Berliner Allee zuruck. Von der Berliner Allee als Haltestelle, sind es nochmal 5 min zurück zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Strecke kann toll variert und ohne Probleme auf z.B. 23-25 km erweitert werden. Hierzu bietet sich z.B. ein Kreuz & Quer Lauf nach Belieben im Schlosspark an. Wenn mann keine Lust mehr hat... ab zum Schloss und von da aus zur Bahnhaltestelle!
