Start und Zielt: Lautlingen. Tour D, der CTF Lautlingen, ist eine zusammengefügte Strecke von Tour A und D. Die Strecke selbst fürht meist über Schotterwege und asphaltierte Straßen. Technisch anspruchsvoll ist sie daher nicht. Aber auf grund der Länge und der Höhenmeter sollte man schon ein paar Kilometer Rad fahren in den Beinen haben. Landschaftlich jedoch ist der Kurs eine Augenweide. Immer wieder gibt der Wald den Blick frei auf verschiedene Täler rund um Lautlingen.
