Sehr schöne, flache Fahrradtour (Rundtour) mit vielen Höhepunkten.
Tourbeginn ist die Schleuse Kostheim/Gustavsburg. Von dort nach Trebur und weiter an den Backerseen entlang zum Rheindamm und über die Knoblochsaue nach Erfelden. Ggf. Weiterfahrt über die Brücke auf den Kühkopf (Forsthaus mit guter Restauration), vielleicht sogar weiter am Kulturzentrum nach Stockstadt.
Zurück nach Erfelden quer durch Ried bis nach Nauheim und Groß-Gerau, dann durchs Spargelland nach Bischofsheim und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt
