Diese Wanderung, die insbesondere für Familien mit kleineren Kindern (so ab 6 Jahre) geeignet ist, hat eines der besonderen Wahrzeichen Frankens zum Ziel. Ausgehen vom Parkplatz in Kircheherenbach geht es hinauf auf das "Walberla", bei dem beide Spitzen erklommen werden. Der Rückweg geht entlang der Westseite und ist zumeist schattig.
Die Tour ist nicht kinderwagengeeignet, da an manchen Stellen nur ein Fußweg zur Verfügung steht.
Da über das Walberla genügend im Internet zu finden ist, gibt es an diese Stelle keine größeren Erklärungen bzw. Bilder.
