Vom Jägerwirt in Scheffau, gehts gemütlich zur Wegscheid Niederalm (die es nicht mehr gibt, was da passiert ist passiert ist weiß ich nicht) zur Wegscheid Hochalm. Am Wasserfall rechts bergauf über Schottergelände, dann leicht gesichert mit Drahtseilen einen kurzen ausgesetzten Aufstieg, weiter über Wiesenhänge zum Treffauergipfel dort noch einige ausgesetzte Stellen.
Vom Treffauergipfel weiter zum Tuxeck und Abstieg durch sehr gerölllastiges Gelände ( Helm beim Abstieg ist nicht verkehrt) eine kleine Stelle ist noch etwas schwierig zu meistern dann leicht weiter bis zu einem Schotterfeld auf dem man sehr gut bergab "surfen" kann. Zurück zur Wegscheid Hochalm und zum Jägerwirt.
