Start der Tour ist in Frohnstetten und führt einmal rund um den Truppenübungsplatz Heuberg von Frohnstetten über die Sandgrube (Möglichkeit zum einkehren) geht es weiter in Richtung Messstetten von dort nach Heinstetten Richtung Schönfeld vorher aber links ab nach Schwenningen. von dort über die alte Stettener Straße nach Stetten zurück nach Frohnstetten. Einkehrmöglichkeit im Gasthof Rössle, Schwanen und Krone.
