Eine schöne Rennradstrecke, die von Senden aus durch Buldern bis nach Darup führt, wo einige - machbare - Steigungen zu bewältigen sind, bevor es über Nottuln durch die Felder wieder zurückgeht. Wer mehr Steigungen möchte, kann ab Darup auch durch das Stevertal zum Longinusturm und von dort über die Leopoldshöhe und Schapdetten zurückfahren.
