Von der Hesshütte über Panoramaweg aufs Zinödl. Super Panorama aufs Hochtor und Planspitze. Abstieg zum Speikboden und Schafplan (sehr steile Geröllrinnen, nur im trockenen zu empfehlen) hinunter zur Sulzkaralm (bewirtschaftet) Dann wieder hinauf zum Sulzkarhund, weiter zum Gamsbrunn dann auf Normalweg hinunter zum Kölblwirt.
