Am Hotel am Pragser Wildsee gestartet. Vorher 3 € für das Parken bezahlt. Auf dem Weg Nr. 19 über die Grünwaldalm bis zum Talende. Dort steil hinauf zur Hochalpe. Weiter links halten bis der Weg Nr. 32 rechts abbiegt und bis zum Sattel hinauf und auf den Weg Nr. 6 bis zum Pfosten mit den vielen Wegweisern. Von dort zum Hochalpensee. Über den Weg Nr. 6 bis zum Scheidepunkt eines Versorgungsweges (St. Vigil/Prags) und auf dem Fahrweg zurück zur Hochalpe. Dort Omelett mit Ziegenkäse (gut). Auf gleichem Weg zurück bis zum Ausgangspunkt .
