Vom Parkplatz Bärenfalle in Musau ein anstrengender Aufstieg bis zur Musauer Alm.von dort auf dem Steig der Aufstieg zum Gipfel der Hohen Schlicke. Beim Abstieg über die Otto- Mayer Hütte und der Musauer Alm wieder zum Parkplatz Bärenfalle.
