You start at Frotten (parking at about 1500 m above see level. First go direction Rifugio Sette Stelle 1h 30 min. there a round tour starts which bring you in about 3 1/2 hour to Lake Erdeomolo. The way always stays in about a hight of 2000 hm. As many rocks fell down, sometimes you have to cross fields of blocks and rocks but everything is without difficulty. You'll feed that you're far away from cilivilization. After you reach Pizzo Alto you first step down to Lake Erdemolo and then first steep down direction cargo lift base station. From there a forest street brings you down to Frotten.

Trento, go east direction lago Caldonazzo. Berfore you reach the lake there is a small town called Pergine which already belongs to Val Sugano. Drive through the center of Pergine and go to north-east into Val Mocheni. There are two roads (optional) which both finally bring you to "Palu del Fersina". Continue to drive to Frotten where there is a big parking lot. The road is no open for residents only.
