Vom Wanderparkplatz geht es ein kurzes Stück Straße bis zum Forstweg. Dieser endet nach ca. 300hm. Bis Narices Del Teide ist es dann eine 2h Schiebe-Tragepassage ca. 400hm teilweise in sehr weichem Vulkansand. Danach endgeiler Trail runter auf dem PR-TF9. Sehr schöne Runde über die umliegenden Vulkane am Teide mit super Aussicht und flowigen Trails. Straße zurück. Kein Wasser.
