Start und Ziel ist die Gaststätte Donauperle in Gutenstein. Die Tour beginnt mit einem technisch anspruchsvollen Trail in Richtung Bettelküche. Anschließend Aufstieg zum Lenzenfelsen im Raintal. Abfahrt Richtung Neidingen, von dort beginnt ein sehr steiler Anstieg Richtung Naturfreundehaus. Abfahrt im Kohltal von dort aus Anstieg Richtung Harthof. Anschließend schöne Singeltrails durch das Schmeiental mit gemütlichem roll back nach Gutenstein.
