Die Tour beginnt und endet an der Hütte am Hüttenbrunnen und führt im Kreis um den Hochberg. Zunächst geht es zu einem Punkt an dem sich die Rheinebene sehr schön überblicken lässt. Über eine Schutzhütte und dem Morchenbergerbrunne geht es anschließend wieder zurück zur Hütte am Hüttenbrunnen.
