Beginnend am Parkplatz führt die Tour einen kleinen sehr schönen Pfad hinab ins Dürrenbachtal. Das Tal ist im oberen Streckenabschnitt sehr eng, die Hänge sind steil abfallend und mit Nadelbäumen bewachsen, daher etwas dunkel aber sehr angenehm zu wandern, da die Nadeln auf dem Weg wie ein Polster wirken. Entlang des Dürrenbachs geht es bis kurz vor Eußerthal, die Tour biegt jedoch davor ins Eußerbachtal ein. Vom Abzweig geht es zunächst leicht, später etwas steiler bergauf bis zu einem Punkt oberhalb der Siebeldinger Hütte - ein kleiner Pfad führt in Serpentinen hinab zur Hütte. Der Weg zurück zum Parkplatz verläuft noch einmal bergauf.
