Sportliche Runde von Eichenau nach Grafrath und zurück - mit vielen Anstiegen und Abfahrten. Ich habe Sie im März durchgeführt, teilweise lag noch Schnee und der Boden war stellenweise richtig tief. Zu dieser Zeit und bei diesen Wetterbedingungen gutes Krafttraining für die Beine :-)
