Zum Teil auf Nebenstrecken oder durch den Wald, nicht immer Teerstraßen. Von Mammendorf über Grunertshofen, Moorenweiß und Türkenfeld nach Jesenwang und zurück nach Mammendorf.
Die Tour ist recht leicht zu fahren da es meist fast eben ist. Fahrzeit so zwei bis zweieinhalb Stunden. Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind öfters möglich.
Die Quelle ist kurz nach Hohenzell neben einem Feldkreuz zu finden.
