Zufahrt van Cauterets durch das Jeret-Tal. Am Ende das Tals gibt es einen bei guten Wetter kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz.
Ab hier fährt für Fußkranke eine Seilbahn zum Pont d´Espagne. 15 min Fußweg.
Ab hier geht der Spaziergang weiter zum Lac de Gaube. Dieser kann nur recht rum umgangen werden. Links sieht es zwar abenteuerlicher aus. Ist aber eine Sackgasse.
