Rennradtour entlang einer Etappe zur Rallye Monte Carlo.
Von Monaco geht es über Menton nach Sospel. Ab dort beginnt der 24km lange Anstieg zum 1600m hohen Col de Turini.
Die Steigung liegt im Durchschnitt bei ca. 6%. Bis Moulinet geht es sehr konstant bergauf, danach kommen ein paar kleinere Anstiege, aber auch die sind kein Problem.
Die 24km ziehen sich halt, da man fast nur im Wald fährt und außer Asphalt und Bäume nicht viel sieht.........! Die Paßhöhe ist eher trist und mit 3 oder 4 Hotels/Rasthöfen keinen Aufenthalt wert.
Stoppen sollte man in Sospel oder Moulinet.
