Einfache Bergtour vom Fischrestaurant bei Schwendt auf den Wegen 73 und 71 über die Schnappenalm zum Schnappenstein. Hier sitzt man neben einer kleinen Kapelle wie auf einer Kanzel hoch über dem Kössener Talkessel mit tollem Panoramablick zu Kaiser und Walchsee.

Von der Autobahn A 8 München Salzburg bei der Ausfahrt Bernau oder Grabenstätt abzweigen und über Schleching nach Kössen in Tirol fahren. Von Hier Richtung Griesenau bis zum Fischrestaurant im Kohlental.
