Es geht am Rhein entlang nach Bad Breisig.Am Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten
rechts abbiegen dann über die Fußgängerbrücke nach Oberbreisig.Am Ortsanfang geht es rechts ab hinauf zur Mönchsheide.Oben angekommen fährt man zum Frankener Sportplatz,dann an der A 61 entlang über Löhndorf und den Mühlenberg zurück nach Sinzig.
