Die Tauplitzalm ist ein Hochplateau im Steirischen Salzkammergut, es gehört zum Toten Gebirge und ist ein tolles Wandergebiet für Jung und Alt , die 6 Seenwanderung ist eine schöne Tour mit nicht so vielen Höhenmetern aber mit genügend Kilometer. Los gehts beim Krallersee den man nicht unbedingt umrunden muss,weiter zum Großsee kurzer Abstecher zum Märchensee und zum Toplitzsee,nach ca.einer halben Std.kommt man zum Steirersee mit einer Rast bei den Steirerseehütten,nachher geht es 45min. zum Schwarzsee dann gehts retour am anderen Ufer zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
