Start am Bahnhof Menden, über asphaltierten Radweg nach Siegburg (Start auch vom Bahnhof Siegburg möglich), zum Wahnbachsee (Auffahrt über Waldweg), über Neunkirchen-Seelscheid ins Bröhltal, durchs Bröhltal nach Marienberghausen, hinab ins Aggertal, durchs Aggertal bis Siegburg und zurück nach Menden (alles asphaltierte Radwege oder wenig befahrene Nebenstraßen). Vor allem das Bröhltal und das obere Aggertal sind landschaftlich sehr reizvoll
