Die Strecke führt über gut geteerte Feldwege von Weiler zum Stein über Affalterbach nach Marbach. Von dort geht es am Neckar entlang nach Remseck. In Neckarrems gibt es einen Anstieg, bevor es wieder über gut geteerte Feldwege nach Schwaikheim und anschließend zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Weiler zum Stein geht.
Die Strecke ist auch mit Fahrradanhänger gut zu fahren, hier ist nur der Anstieg in Neckarrems eine Herausforderung.
