Ausgangspunkt ist im Stubaital die Hochserles Bergbahn in Miedes im Stutbaital. Sie bringt uns zur Bergstation, von wo wir nach Kloster Maria Waldrast (Einkehrmöglichkeit) wandern und vvondort weiter über den Gleinser Hof nach Schönberg
